Refund policy

Paying on MyMangaBase should be risk-free: if something isn't right, you can cancel anytime and, within 14 days of a charge, ask us to refund it.
1. Canceling
You can cancel the Premium subscription or an API plan anytime, from Your subscription or the API dashboard. You won't be charged again, and what you already paid for stays active until the end of the period.
2. What gets refunded

API requests you already used aren't refunded, because the service was already provided. After 14 days we don't refund the current period, but you can cancel so it doesn't renew.
3. Right of withdrawal
If you're a consumer in Argentina, you also have the right to revoke the purchase within 10 calendar days, at no cost and without giving a reason (Law 24,240, art. 34). This policy already covers it: use the Cancel a purchase link at the bottom of every page.
4. How to request it
- With the Cancel a purchase link at the bottom of every page: you get a tracking code right away.
- Or by writing to info@mymangabase.com with your account's email and which purchase you want refunded.
We review it and reply as soon as we can, usually within a few days.
5. How you get it back
- It goes back to the same payment method you used.
- Card payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as reseller (merchant of record): the refund comes from Paddle and is also governed by its buyer refund policy.
- Payments in Argentine pesos are processed by Mercado Pago, and the refund goes back through it.
- Depending on your bank or card, it can take 5 to 10 business days to show up.
6. Chargebacks
If there's a problem with a charge, write to us first at info@mymangabase.com: we'll solve it faster than a chargeback with your bank.
