Cancel a purchase

If you bought a subscription or plan on MyMangaBase, you have 10 calendar days from the purchase to change your mind and ask us to cancel it and refund you, at no cost and without giving a reason (Argentine Law 24,240, art. 34). You don't need an account.

Fill in the form. We'll give you a tracking code right away and email it to you. We refund through the same payment method.

API request packs are added instantly: we refund the part proportional to the requests you haven't used yet.
